An interview scheduler is attached inside VocalPanda to make it easy for both parties to communicate. It integrates with google calendar and outlook and keeps your schedule confidential. When you need to schedule an interview it's as simple as sending a link, candidates can see your calendar on the portal, and they'll see receive a list of your available time slots and with one easy click, they would reserve a spot on your busy calendar. After that, they'll receive a custom meeting link and your interview is set.

Resume scraping to complete the user's profile by using NLP and machine learning
When candidates upload their resumes on VocalPanda, then instantly based on the resume document, it scraps information from them and puts their information on their profile through different methodologies of NLP.
Search box for employers to find their best candidate with the use of keywords
We can see a job search bar on every job board only available for job seekers but VocalPanda offers a job search box for job providers as well so that they can find their required candidate with a keyword in a short time.
Get invited by the job providers to apply to jobs directly
After finding the candidate who matches their criteria, the employer can invite them to apply for the job and the candidate receives the notification and apply for the particular job.
1 click apply
This means your original resume and profile details are sent to the potential employer as soon as you click '1 click apply' on a job post while signed in and this is where you submit your application.
